This solution uses a three-layer architecture with clear hierarchy, divided into:

    Front-end data acquisition layer: including video and images collected by front-end cameras and tunnel internal relevant information collected by front-end PLC controllers, directly connected to fixed RS6010-2GF8T ring network switches at fixed points. One monitoring point and switch are placed every 100 meters for seamless monitoring.

 

    Network transmission layer: This solution adopts gigabit ring network redundancy backup, connecting the switches inside the tunnel through gigabit fiber to form a ring. The tunnel control room is equipped with a full gigabit industrial-grade switch RS6012-4GF8GE that connects upstream to the monitoring center, ensuring the clarity, real-time, and high bandwidth of HD IP camera video and images. Meanwhile, PLC controller data can also be transmitted on the gigabit ring network, ensuring real-time and secure data. If the fiber line of a device is disconnected, it will not affect data transmission. The solution uses wintop’s self-developed WT-ring ring network technology, with network self-healing time less than 20ms. When a device fails, it will not affect the normal operation of other devices by performing regional isolation and fault isolation, with extremely high security.

The core layer full gigabit two-layer switch can provide stability and reliability for multi-service video data. It supports business isolation, VLAN isolation, important data QoS priority transmission, ensuring the entire network is smooth, secure, reliable, timely, and stable.
