LED Large Screen Monitoring System

1. Overview

The LED multimedia information screen system is a large-scale electronic information display system integrating computer network technology, multimedia video control technology, and very-large-scale integrated circuit comprehensive application technology. It features multimedia, multi-channel, real-time high-speed communication data interfaces, and video interfaces. The use of computer network technology makes the production, processing, storage, and transmission of display information more secure, rapid, and reliable. By adopting network system control technology, it can be connected to the user's computer network.

2. System Requirements

1) Centralized Management

Based on broadband internet architecture, supporting standard HTTPS (HTTP+SSL) and FTPS (FTP+SSL) servers, stable and high-speed data transmission, and centralized management and monitoring of data.

2) Comprehensive Monitoring

Monitor the operation status of the LED screen control system's sending card, receiving card, monitoring card, multifunction card, and intelligent module. Detect environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and smoke inside the cabinet. Monitor the power supply voltage and fan speed of the display screen cabinet.

3) Automatic Alarm

The monitoring server automatically collects all the working status parameters of the connected display screens, scans all monitoring parameters using preset alarm condition parameters, and sends email alarms when alarm conditions are met.

4) Remote Monitoring and Control

Users log in to the monitoring server through a browser using an account to search and browse monitoring data, as well as on-site snapshots, to promptly and accurately understand the working status of the display screen and the actual site situation.

5) Multi-device Access

Multiple devices: Supports PC, Android phones, Apple phones, iPads, and other multi-system devices.

6) Intuitive and Efficient

Intuitively reflects the status, warnings, faults, and locations of the display screen.

3. Solution

 

Solution Introduction

Due to the characteristics of many and dispersed road monitoring points in the Safe City project, with large video data traffic, the front-end monitoring points use wintop hundred/ thousand gigabit industrial switches as access for HD cameras, ensuring smooth video and clear images. The traffic police brigade monitoring center is easy to manage and maintain, adopting rack-mounted gigabit industrial Ethernet switches to aggregate, corresponding one-to-one with the front-end switches. Finally, all data is uploaded to the traffic police brigade monitoring center backend services. The monitoring center can remotely access the front-end cameras to watch images at any time and query log information.

The traffic police brigade monitoring center displays the aggregated monitoring points on an LED large screen. Because the transmission distance between the LED large screen and monitoring center is relatively long, with large video stream volume and ultra-large frame transmission, a pair of wintop 8110G gigabit fiber optic transceivers is used to transmit video monitoring points to the LED large screen, ensuring stable, reliable, and delay-free monitoring images.
