Wintop supports the intelligent management of the Yanluo Expressway.

 Recently, the news about Sichuan's first AI smart toll robot on the highway has attracted widespread attention. This system replaces traditional manual ticketing and toll collection methods, effectively improving the traffic efficiency at toll stations and creating innovative application scenarios for artificial intelligence and robotics technology in the field of smart transportation. As technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing mature, the intelligent and smart construction of highways is gradually becoming an important trend in modern transportation development. Project Introduction
 

The Yancheng–Luoyang Expressway, referred to as the Yanluo Expressway, begins in the south of Cangji Town, Yanghe New District, and ends at the eastern interchange of the Sihong West Hub in the Sihong Economic Development Zone, with a total length of 38.18 kilometers and an investment of approximately 5.856 billion yuan. The entire line will have three toll stations and one service area in Sihong. Once the project is completed, it will not only better meet the travel needs of enterprises and the public along the road but also have significant implications for strengthening communication with the outside, driving the development of local characteristic industries, cultural tourism industries, and forming new growth poles.

This project aims to build an intelligent highway management system that integrates video monitoring, data transmission, toll management, and emergency alarm functions. The switches, as the core communication devices of the network, are critical for the stable operation of the entire system. During the project implementation, we fully considered geographical conditions, climate factors, and future traffic volume changes, adopting a series of advanced technologies and products to ensure the smooth implementation and long-term stable operation of the project.

Project Demands and Challenges
 
To ensure the safe operation and efficient management of the highway, the project has outlined the following key requirements:
 
HD Video Monitoring: Coverage of key areas of the highway service stations, including entrances, exits, gas stations, parking areas, etc., requiring high clarity, wide-angle, and night vision capabilities.
 
Real-time Video Monitoring and Analysis: The central monitoring center must have real-time monitoring and analysis capabilities, able to automatically detect and identify fire hazards, accidents, illegal activities, and other safety risks, and automatically generate alerts.
 
Network High Reliability: Considering the geographical environment and climate conditions of the project, the network devices must meet industrial-grade standards and be able to operate stably for long periods in harsh environments.
 

Efficient Data Transmission: Provide high bandwidth and low latency data transmission capabilities, supporting the rapid transmission of large-capacity data to ensure stable transmission of real-time video and data.

Leveraging its deep technical accumulation and rich experience in the intelligent transportation field, Wintop has customized a professional switch application solution for the Yanluo Expressway Suzi section project. This solution centers around the CM6124-12GF12GT and RS6112-4GF8GT switches, achieving efficient support for the highway network video communication and toll data transmission system through a scientific network architecture design.
 
01. Ring Network Structure Design: A total of 126 switches are deployed on-site, forming six ring network structures, with each ring containing about 20 switches. This ring design not only improves network reliability and redundancy but also ensures that communication can be quickly restored in the event of network failures, safeguarding continuous data transmission.
 
02. Hierarchical Network Architecture: A three-layer network architecture comprising access layer, aggregation layer, and core layer is adopted. Access layer switches are responsible for collecting data from various on-site devices (such as vehicle videos, alarm information, etc.) and uploading data to the backend management system via aggregation layer switches. This hierarchical design makes the network structure clear and easy to manage.
