When colleagues mention Yang Juan, their first impression is often of a confident, capable, and high-energy head of the Overseas Department. What is less known is that her career began as an ordinary foreign trade salesperson at the company. More than ten years ago, shortly after graduating from university, she stood out from over fifty outstanding competitors and joined Wintop Optoelectronics, a global technology company, with great aspirations for the future.

As a new foreign trade salesperson, Yang Juan faced many challenges. Language barriers, cultural differences, unfamiliar markets—each could have discouraged a young newcomer. But she did not back down. Instead, she threw herself into the work with greater enthusiasm. She worked hard to overcome difficulties step by step, continuously strengthening her foreign language skills and improving her communication abilities. She studied market trends in depth, understood customer needs, and actively cooperated with colleagues to tackle problems together. Today, with solid professional knowledge, rich practical experience, and excellent communication skills, she has developed her own distinctive style and charisma at the company.

It was this perseverance and fearless spirit that gradually made Yang Juan stand out in the foreign trade field. Her performance steadily improved, customer satisfaction continued to rise, and she soon became one of the top performers in the company’s foreign trade team. As the company rapidly grew and its international strategy deepened, she was entrusted with greater responsibility and appointed head of the Overseas Department.

In this role, Yang Juan has shown even stronger leadership and innovation. She has led the team to actively explore new markets and expand business channels; she has focused on team building and talent development, creating a highly skilled and efficient overseas team; and she has actively participated in the company’s strategic planning and cultural promotion, contributing her wisdom and strength to the company’s long-term development.

Looking back on her ten-year career, Yang Juan is filled with emotion. She says that it was the fertile ground of the company that gave her room and opportunity to grow, and that the support and encouragement of leaders and colleagues helped her continuously surpass herself. In return, she has repaid the company’s trust and expectations with her own practical actions, contributing her part to the company’s development. Together with her overseas team, she has continued to expand into international markets. For Yang Juan, the current business cooperation in more than 40 countries and regions around the world is only the beginning, not the end. She understands that to secure a place in the global optoelectronics industry, the company must keep expanding overseas markets and bring Wintop Optoelectronics’ brand and products to a broader stage. Therefore, she has set ambitious goals for herself and her team—to expand overseas business to more than 60, or even 100, countries and regions!
