Energy storage power station project introduction

 

The project has a total investment of about 800 million yuan, a total construction capacity of 200MW/400MWh, and an annual average charge and discharge capacity of more than 100 million kWh. It is the largest single grid-side shared energy storage project in Ningxia. The energy storage power station is arranged in an outdoor prefabricated cabin. Through efficient battery energy storage technology, it carries three kinds of lithium iron phosphate batteries with different capacities to realize large-scale storage of electric energy and release the power supply system for use when needed.

 

The main functions of the energy storage power station include energy storage, regulation and backup functions, and the peak and valley regulation of the power system and the provision of emergency backup power can be realized through a flexible energy management system. As the "power bank" of the power grid, after the energy storage power station is completed, it will further enhance the flexible adjustment ability of the power grid, effectively realize the peak-shaving and valley-filling of the power grid, relieve the peak power supply pressure, promote the consumption of new energy, reduce the volatility of energy supply, reduce the Reliance on traditional fossil energy is of great significance for accelerating the application of Ningxia’s large-scale energy storage in power peak regulation and renewable energy power grid integration, providing data support for Ningxia’s large-scale energy storage construction, and consolidating multi-energy complementary energy sources supply pattern.

The energy storage power station has 69 energy storage cabinets. Wintop Optoelectronics installs 4 RS6110-2GF8GT rail-mounted industrial switches in each energy storage cabinet and connects to CM6028-4GF24GT rack-mounted industrial switches to form 8 ring networks.

 

In the data link layer, in order to improve the speed, the GOOSE message of the RS6110-2GF8GT switch adopts the VLAN tag protocol, and the content indicating the priority is added to the data, and the RS6110-2GF8GT industrial Ethernet switch supporting the VLAN tag Real-time processing ensures its real-time characteristics.

 

The RS6110-2GF8GT gigabit switch is used in the energy storage cabinet, which has the characteristics of high bandwidth, high stability and high real-time performance, and stably transmits the connected BMC battery data, measurement and control data, and PCS communication data to the CM6028-4GF24GT aggregation switch. Send data to the background.

 

RS6110-2GF8GT and CM6028-4GF24GT industrial switches support a wide temperature range of minus 40-85°C, millisecond-level de-ring time advantages, and industrial performance such as IP40 shell protection, EMC industrial level 4 electromagnetic compatibility, and redundant dual power supply design, fully meeting Industrial site requirements in special environments such as high altitude, low temperature, and strong sandstorms where the project is located.
